Description of observing hardware, infrastructure, service, or regional observing effort with potential to contribute to the global system, or research related to the ocean observing system.

Group contributions encouraged

Community White Paper proposals that are judged not to meet the criteria by the Programme Committee will be welcomed as Additional Contributions.

Guideline: 2 typeset pages (4-5 double-spaced 12 pt pages), 2 figures max

Displayed during the meeting in poster form, and published in the electronic documentation from the meeting.
